How to lower your bonneville

Post by somthingwierd »

Hi all. I've been looking around for some ways to give my Bonnie a much needed drop. The only problem is I can't find any springs that I know for a fact will fit. I just wanted to know if any of you guys have lowered your cars and if you have what springs did you use and where can I find them. Thanks

No aftermarket springs exist. Everyone who has lowered a 2000+ has had made custom springs made through Coil Spring Specialties. They cost about $450.

*dang*. That sucks. Guess my only option now is to just cut them >.<
Thanks anyway.

You can't cut them. They are a progressive spring.

I don't see why anyone would want to lower a comfortably riding car. Sure, it looks better, but still. Function over form.
