Service security system . And driver rear door no power lock

Bought car and rear windows didnt work so with info from here i fixed the wires under driver seat and everything worked and while i was on vacation the driver rear lock wouldnt lock unless manually locked.
Then a month later my key fob quit working and tested batt and its good so i changed it anyways and still nothing..
So i tried reprogramming it with tech 2 scan tool and it wont sync it.....
I have power in rear door and if u use tech 2 scan tool to try to lock the driver rear door u can hear a relay clicking in the door module and i also replaced the power lock mechanism inside the door and still nothing.... any ideas?

you have to let the fob relearn by standing infront of car and hold lock and unlock for 10 seconds - the car should cycle lights and horn and you is done for relearn
