Can anyone give me the demensions of the egr stovepipe in the lim for a 2002 bonneville? Also, what material is it made of.

IDK the actual dimensions but the tubes are still available from Rockauto, Amazon, etc.
Strangely the ACDelco is listed as 6.8 x 2.8 x 1.1 inches , whereas the Dorman is shown as 1.2 x 3.7 x 12.8 inches and is stainless.

Thanks, those are demensions for the tube from the egr valve to the intake maninifold. I am looking for the small tube in the lim that protrudes through the uim.

If you need another one, go to your local junkyard. Any one from an L36 will work, and there should be a bunch of them there.

Oops, sorry about that.
Not sure if you're aware but the issue has been that the plenum itself gets eroded away at the stove pipe.
I'm not sure if/when GM redesigned the parts (plenum and egr stovepipe).
If you buy a replacement plenum, there is a revised plenum (metal reinforced plenum coolant passage) and stovepipe, along with everything else you need when the plenum is removed.
