Back again, looking for wheel opinions.

Back again, looking for wheel opinions.

Post by stephenssei »

Hey guys, so I just went and bought some new tires and went up in size from a 215/65/15 to a 235/50/17 and I also bought some wheels, really because I needed the tires so badly and I had nothing to wrap them onto, so I found something really fast that was cheap and now I'm regretting it to be honest.

Here's what is on the car right now:

I don't really like the gunmetal AND polished aluminum finish, I wanted to go either polished aluminum or just plain black, but the style i think is a little off as well.

I guess since i'm still a teenager, my taste still kind of leans towards black and more modern wheels so I was thinking of going to exchange the wheels I just bought for these, and then just pay the difference back:

If you guys could, some feedback and suggestions would be great to hear! Thanks!

I'd swap them personally. I'm a bigger fan of a more open spoke design than cluttered....but I'm really picky when it comes to rims...I can rarely find more than 3 that I like when I put them on cars in Forza..lol.

okay guys, so since I first made the thread, I will be honest, these wheels have definitely grown on me. Here are some better pictures with some different angles to show you guys what they look like. Your opinions on them are definitely worth hearing, so let me know how they honestly look!

And here's some pictures just showing off the width of the tires and the different offset, this was the main thing looks wise that I was hoping to accomplish, really the wheels weren't a big deal for me. And you can compare the difference in size and offset with my signature picture.

And dropping the car an inch and a half is something that I may look into for the future, but I know the work for it is tedious so I guess we'll just have to wait and see on that lol

Different angles make a difference. I could come to like them as well. they do remind me somewhat of the stock rims on my car, though much shinier. I'm hard to please though. I could live with them if they came with the car if I had bought it, so I don't hate them.
