Keyless entry quit working

Have a question about another car in family. Pontiac G6 2008 had the keyless entry (both remotes) quit working while parked at home with owner on vacation in Costa Rica. Fuse is good so I suspect a ground point maybe? Does anyone know where the ground point for Keyless module would be or what else to look for? Thanks.

hi, have you checked the remote battery? after you change you have to press and hold for 5 seconds both lock and unlock to reset the keyless features
