parking lights will NOT turn off

parking lights will NOT turn off

im not quite sure what to make of this. i tracked down the fuse for the LCM, light control module. its in the maxi-fuse center under the hood. i pulled the fuse and the parking lights still remain on. what gives. im thinking the headlight switch is bad? what else can i look at. really i would be happy if the switch would act like an old style headlight switch and disable the automatic "feature" how do i do this anyways.

i disconnected headlight switch, headlights went out. im thinking the headlight switch is bad. well i dont have one in my pocket.... im going to order from rockauto. might take a few days to get it.
