I've already changed the belt which may have also been making the noise in the summer. I think this sound appears only when it's cold outside (and goes away once engine warms up) https://youtu.be/EULmy2Jhf9w - I'm looking for an easy way to quiet that pulley. I think the culprit is the supercharger pulley.

There's no real way for the sc pulley to squeek since it isn't riding on a bearing. And I haven't heard sc bearings squeek like that. I figure it's probably the other belt or the idler pulley below the sc/alternator.

So just to confirm you're more suspicious of pulley #9 (smooth idler pulley - photo above?) or the other belt. I'm starting to guess this is beyond "hands on" for me currently (no shop or engine lift - limited under-hood experience.)

Finally took it to the Mechanical man who indicated it's pulley #3 (from diagram above) which is being replaced today. Noted it's supposed to snap back and is "stuck" which causes wear on the belt, which then causes the noise. Hopefully this puts a permanent stop to the noise.
