Hey I've been looking around everywhere for a good cold air intake for my 94' SE and I want to buy one but I want to make sure for certain that it will fit no problems

Re: Air Intakes
You'll have to make one. The popular method of choice 10 years or so ago was to get a 92-95 3" short ram civic intake, ditch the cheapo filter, block off the posts, get a K&N, and make some sort of heat shield.

95 SLE... a keeper. 241k miles. Low and Slow.

Re: Air Intakes
Just go to eBay and get a cheap ChromeIntakes type intake. They are a simple bent aluminum tube with necessary hardware and sensor hole and are actually pretty decent quality. Spring for the version with the K&N cone filter, and you can make a heat shield if you're so inclined.

Re: Air Intakes
So what do you make the heat shield out of normally? Any thoughts on a scoop for true ram air?
