Looking for Headers

Post by Renegade »

Speed Daddy? Listing says that its for SC L36 3800 series II Grand AM, will this work on my Bonny? Still learning the ropes.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/190783013604?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT

Found a set of TOG used for the L36 as well but its more expensive then the Speed Daddy kit. He wanted $370 shipped for the TOG.

Any help appreciated, I already have 180 degree thermo and CAI. Getting plugs, aeroforce gauge to measure KR, and hopefully some exhaust mods.

Speed daddy headers are good and cheap. Not sure who wrote that ad but the L36 is the non supercharged engine, and Grand Ams never got any 3800. But those are the correct ones for your car.

I was looking as well for my 2000 ssei after noticing the note on the INTENSE page about the discontinued ceramics they used to offer in the kit... so these fit the Bonneville even though it isn't listed on the speed daddy site?

Also thanks in advance for the flood of questions I will surely have in the near future on these forums!

Awesome, I figured they would be the correct ones but I wanted to verify!

Probably will go with this one, same as link above but includes the downpipe as well. Or should I get the downpipe from ZZP Performance?

The SD's go for $200:

Don't need a downpipe with headers, the rear header is the downpipe.

Be aware though that they will need the crossover pipe cut and rotated to fit right. Don't force them on. There are some pictures floating around here of the simple fix.
