Over the weekend I gave my car a bath, clay-bar, bath again, and finally a waxing with liquid-glass. It was long overdue. I've had her since 1999, bought her here in California at 2-years old gently used as a former Alamo rental car from Hawaii. She's a veteran of two West-Coast Bonneville Fests, 2008 and 2009. She won the club's first-place trophy at Woodburn, but lost the final against PDX Grand Prix club by .111 seconds. She's my daily-driver, and is still going strong, hauling the kids back and forth to school, and hauling me to work. Mostly stock, MyFirstBonnieMatt helped install an FE2 front swaybar at WCBF09. Exhaust has an F-body Magnaflow muffler with stainless oval tips slung beneath the stock SE rear bumper cover. Upgraded with aftermarket stereo, speakers, & amps, and a tow hitch used for a bike rack. At 16 years of ownership, I've owned her longer than any other car I've ever owned, and she's the 4th of 5 Pontiacs my wife and I have owned. I keep up on maintenance and she just keeps going and going and going. . .

Hehehe, you'll note that "cleaning the interior out" wasn't on the list of things I did! When I get that done I'll post the interior and the engine bay. Although I do keep the interior free of trash, it just gets dusty and needs a good vacuuming and wipe-down.

I think the cleared corners really work well with the silver paint. I think tinting the taillights would be the perfect touch, but I don't need any hassles from the police, so as much as I'd like to tint them, I just leave them alone. I do have an entire extra taillight assembly, so if I ever decide to do it, I'll tint the extra one and swap it on, and if I get a fixit ticket for it, I'll swap the original back on. I like the window tint, too. I had the window tint done at WCBF08.

Yes. This.
Very nice, clean car. Glad to see some of these are still clean and well maintained, probably my favorite style Bonneville this side of the mid 60's models.
Side note....I never realized you were in Sunnyvale! I was just there a month ago picking up our C5 Vette - the guy we bought it from has lived there for 30 years and had bought the car new in that area.
