Clarity

Post by sidewinder1 »

Hey guys,

Im looking for an aftermarket headunit that had decent power, HD radio, and BT. I don't need Nav. or anything fancy, just want a very good head unit. Something that will also fit in without hanging out all crazy. MOST IMPORTANTLY I want clean crisp clear sound. Im looking to upgrade to Focal speakers throughout including subs. This is going to be pricey so it will probably be a year or so in the making. Its just been a while since ive been in the car stereo game and just wanted to see whats the up and up if you will.

My car has Concert Sound 2 and just the basic AM/FM cassette deck. I don't have any steering wheel controls or anything fancy if that helps.

So what are yall decks are yall running?

Thanks,

Matt

I have a Pioneer DEH80PRS. Time aligned, fully active EQ amazingness. Best stereo I have ever heard in any car I have ever been in.

Current set up is some Pioneer comps up front with a sealed 10 in the back. Sound deadening all around.
