Misfire problem

I had my car hooked up to a elm scanner and i was watching the misfire order and it showing up a misfire in cylinder 3 right after i start car and when i driving it shows up misfire on cylinder 3 or jumping all over the place what should i do first and what could be causing this

First thing to check is the spark plug and spark plug wire. A bad/damaged or loose spark wire can cause a misfire. When was the last time they were changed?

The auto parts scanner told me cylinder 3 misfire as well, but it was the number 6 wire that was broken. Check all your wires and plugs first.
