My younger brother did a hack-job of a tune on the same style EF hatch and wound up right around 12MPG and a VERY rough idle.

I assume it's the other way around in this case but you know what assuming does!!!

Haha yeah, too bad the body was rotting.. the motor had 378k and ran like a top.. I needed to rebuild the suspension but it wasn't worth putting the money into it anymore.. had to part with her.. got it for 500 and junked it for 300 ~5 years later..
