2003 SLE Blower Motor question

I have to tap on my blower motor to get it to come on and when it does it doesnt seem to blow that hard, BUT when i reach underneath and push on the motor it blows really hard, and when i quit pushing it goes back to just blowing a little bit. Does that make sense to you? Could it be a ground not making a good connection?

The blower motor needs replacing. It's a common issue. Not a bad replacement at all.
