Sub frame bushing noise

When I bought the car in August it had this strange noise when turninig and when the suspension moved on the right side of the vehicle. I replaced sway arm bushings,outer tie rods, shocks and struts and finally the sub frame bushings on the rear passenger side.
When I replaced the bushings it took the noise away for about a week. Now the noise is back just not as loud. I could rock the car back and forth while in park and make this noise. It is not as bad now that the winter months are here and the windows are rolled up so I can't here it but what could make this noise come back.. They were brand new (expensive) doorman bushings with some lithum grease on them.
