Re: Cai help!!
What do you mean swinging around?
PCM can go where the air box used to be. Try and secure it whatever way you can.

Re: Cai help!!
I have seen a lot of em mounted through a hole cut in the fender well usually they make it to where the fender wall acts as a support. I have also seen some amazing fabrication and mounts made from various material.
Over all I would look into setting it up similar to this guy

Re: Cai help!!
carl,
by swinging around i meant that
i mounted my tubing from the stock rubber fitting and this had the filter and tube just kinda suspended in mid air and i could hear it
bumping the hood etc as i drove around i ended up making a mount system for the ecm from to circle clamps and have it mounted directly where the box was, rotated to stock intake tube towards the the front where the sensor is facing forward and ran the tubing at a forward/downward angle above the top of the fender
ill have to post some pics later on if i can figure out how
thanks for the quick responses guys
very excited to be here and
to begin modding my se
only spent 500 on the car
but im ready to burn some ricer ass

Re: Cai help!!
I wuldnt get a short ram intake like that if u have a supercharged motor. To much heat... Tbh I don't kno if I wuld unless mpg was the name of the game even then tho. Ur still losing power
Re: Cai help!!
Use a S10 PCM tray (00-02). Im running a Short ram on mine right now.. waiting to put the fenderwell part back in. I would also do a puck mount, the engine moves SOOO much with the stock mount because it is most likely broken. Mine banged around until i did the puck mount.
