Have you actually checked spark on cylinder 6? If there is good spark you may want to run a compression test, if there is low/no compression that could be the cause as well. Or there could be an issue with the injector.
Side note: Even though your parts are new, there is always a possibility they could be bad as well.

Pull the code again.. to verify cyl 6 misfire? any way to scan when the engine is running to see what it reports for miss fire? pull code and post please.
Make sure the plug wire is not touching the exhaust manifold.. mine did that and had the same problem.. taped it up and tucked up away and fixed... if that is good, pull the injector and swap it, reset SES light and start to see if it moved holes. also try moving your coil pack for #6 to another location to verify the coil pack is not faulty. Pull the plug for Cyl 6 if thats what the missfire code shows and replace the plug. I had a cracked plug that also caused a miss. replaced and cleared up.
What plugs?
worse come to worse, take it to the GM dealer or a Very trusted mechanic to have diagnosed.. cheaper to spend $50 to find the problem rather then replacing parts...
