from what I've heard, the short stack isn't really worth it. Full size or bust.

Typically I'd say headers, but you already have a PLOG and downpipe. If you think you'll keep upgrading down the line, go with headers. If this is about the extent of what you want to do and are hoping to kill that knock then I suppose the SSIC would work for you then.

The short stacks heat soak very easily and as Ben mentioned are typically not worth it. The full size intercooler will let you drop right down to a 3.2 pulley, even on stock manifolds.

Keep the DP, PLOG combo and get yourself intercooled if you really wanna pack some punch.

lol i know right.. the SSIC should do what i need/want it too, just use a LARGE aftercooler and a good pump w/ external res. I can get the core and build my own setup cheaper then ZZP sells the kit for. im running a 3.4" and looking to run a 3.25" on the GEN V most likely not anything lower then that.

SD headers on their site show OUT OF STOCK and was told via email that they are getting another shipment in 6-8 weeks... sounds like some BS to drive the prices up, they have them listed on ebay for $500 shipped rather then the $220 they used to sell for and are listed for on their own site.. but for 220 shipped i will wait, if they do make them available i will buy a set and modify them to fit/seal with VBands rather then clamps.
