Parting a 97 Bonneville - HELP!

Post by MyBonnieIsDead »

I have a 97 Bonneville SE that has a solid running motor, and trans that has never let me down. The rest of the car is falling apart, subframe is rotted out and floor boards are starting to get holes in 'em. Which parts are worth money, and what is the best strategy to make the most $$$ possible. Thanks!

(The interior is solid, and everything above the bottom 1 foot of the car is mint. New brake pads, rotors, calipers, battery - within 1 year. All window motors work)

Your best bet is to sell the drivetrain locally. While it's an L36 and anyone here knows you can swap in a L26... the rest of the general public won't know that.

Anyone looking for an L36 may be willing to jump on it.
