Engine Knock? Please Help Diagnose!

Ok for past couple weeks. I have been hearing strange engine noise, so I am wondering if some body could help me out.

Comes usually in the morning after first start up and goes away after 10 -15 secs, If i decide to drive away, the noise/knock increases as the rpm go up, but once the noise is gone it never comes back while driving.

When it does come the engine idles at 1400 rpm or so, but when it's not there usual engine rpm on idle stays below 1000.

It comes every morning but when it has been warmed up like if i drive later in the day, the noise doesn't come on the startup.

Please help if you can, let me know if you need more info in order to diagnose it. Thank you.

Please get a video of the noise. It will be very tough to tell what it is based on a description.
