driven sprocket support wont go in the way

its sticks out about 2 or 3 mms above case where i cant put cover on. what am i doing wrong?

Are you talking about the 4th clutch hub? Push it in further. Twist and push at the same time.

I hsd the same problem. Turned out that top hub was binding with the case. It took like two days to get it in for some unbelievable reason. I think the prongs on my hub were very slightly bent, Honestly don't do this wrong, but, I tapped it in with a hammer and for sure it binded, Took it out and lightly sanded the hub. It took a very long worrisome effort but it went in and the trans worked well.

I am not the authority on this ut be sure it will go in AND turn fairly easy.

Note if you pull the injectors to obserbe fuel delivery...make sure you leave the plugs in and disconnect the ign. Believe me
