Ouch, that had to suck for them! Good thing we're better than that. I worry sometimes pulling in, especially now that I have my stock exhaust sitting in the back of the unit. But with all the times I've pulled in, I've somehow always left just enough room.

Yeah, at least with pulling in the G8 you don't have the worry of needing a jump. Rear mounted battery win.

Yeah, that makes it nice.

Imagine my surprise one morning when I went to my storage to get the Bonneville, which was pulled in nose first, and it was completely dead. That was fun to roll out of there by myself.

Yeah, that would suck. That's why I'm glad I bought a portable jump starter that would restart a dead planet.

Yeah, that thing seems amazingly powerful!

It is. And it has power outlets on it, with which I'm intending to use to power a halogen stand light when I do my brakes, so the door can stay shut while I work.

I need to get something like that. Takes a long time to charge, but comes in very handy!

Mine sits on it all year (for the GTO), and now the Caddy.

I don't even get a freakin light bulb in my storage unit. Otherwise I'd have one on it.

My storage unit has no electricity. But my Bonneville died in there this past summer when I was driving the G8 because of an OnStar module issue that kept draining the battery. Will knows about that all too well.

I have one sitting on the LeSabre, but it's battery problems are a whole different story.

Yeah, same problem I had with the limo.

Ideally I'll have it in a legit garage next year, with a tender on it. But who knows. I'll have to start it once in a while this year on a nice day and take it out around the block or something. Hopefully winter is light enough like last year to do so. I even drove the Cutlass around some days last winter.

Otherwise, until they put the electrical outlet in the units, I'd just take the battery out, bring it home, and leave it on the charger at home.

Nah, I'll be using my super jump pack for a light. I would take the battery out, but then I'd have to reset my radio stations and eq settings.

Truth is, I'll take any excuse to drive it weather permitting.

Yeah, it sucks that mine has no power, but if I think of it this way: the interior is built with plywood, and with the idiots around that area, all it would take is for one of them to plug something in they shouldn't, or leave something on, and the place burns down. There goes my G8.

Personally, I would love to have it in my own garage, but the one at home is reserved for the Stingray, and I'm too broke (not to mention they're hard to find) to try and find a plot of land to put a garage on.

I'm being spoiled by it so far. Have to really keep my foot out of it too. Cruise control may be surrendering but I don't need a stack of speeding tickets.
