Sunroof 'flap'
When my sunroof slides open, there's a metal 'flap' that pops up.. one of the clips broke awhile back, and it just vibrates like crazy on the highway with the wind.. wondering if I can cut it off or if it's NEEDED for the sunroof to work properly? I think it's just there to direct airflow but I want to make sure.

You can take it off, and it's replaceable. Pm me if you want one. BTW, it's plastic.

Mine's plastic but the arms that hold it on are actually metal. This is on a 97 GP GTP.

Well that was a lot simpler than I thought. What's the point of it even being there?
