Carpet removal help

Carpet removal help

Ok I so I need to remove the interior to get the carpets out
97 SSEI

Can anyone please give me some helpful tips in doing this so I do not break anything- The Seats, Console, Trim, ETC I am deathly worried that I will snap bits and bobs.

Please help

If you haven't done it yet, take pictures of the steps of taking the center console apart, so you know how it all goes back together. I tend to put fasteners back where they came from when appropriate so I don't lose them.

If you're placing the carpet, don't cut the new one too short at the sides.

When you have to use sheetmetal screws to anchor the carpet inside the sill plates. :thumbdown:
