AC Condensation Line & Blower Motor
I discovered water in the rear floor of my 05 GXP. I thought that it was a door leak or moonroof drain problem described in other posts but have since discovered, I think, that it is actually air conditioning condensation leaking into the car. I discovered water dripping from the blower area after the front passenger floor and mat were soaked to the gills one day. It must have been dripping and running under the carpet and finding it's way to the rear floor all along. It got so bad that it fried the blower motor. I have not pulled it yet, but it stopped working completely right after I discovered the water dripping into the car and soaking the front floor. Right after I found the water, the blower starting making noise when I made turns. Within a day the blower went out, I turned the AC off and no more water in the car! I live in the hot south. After the blower went out, I turned the AC off and have been driving it that way until I can save $$ for repairs. The interior has since dried out and has stayed bone dry, even after heavy rain. My question is what could be causing the condensation to leak into the car? Is the drain line easily accessible after dropping the blower motor? Where is the drain located? Is it safe to blow out with compressed air? The only thing that I can figure is that leaves or debris got in the blower since there is no cabin filter and blocked the drain line. Does this sound plausible? I would hate to fork over $$ for a new blower motor only to fill it up with water again and fry it. I am sweating my A$$ off in the meantme. Sorry for the long post. I would sure appreciate any advice. Thanks!!!

You'll have to find the drain hose underneath the car and yes, it is safe to blow it out with compressed air.

Hey all! I am reviving an old post just because I have the same exact issue going on and I need to fix this tonight. Wife wont enjoy me telling her she cant have a/c in 115deg weather. Its definitely the condensation leaking in and when I turn left I can hear the water hitting the fan. Where is the condenser line? The car is up on jack stands as I write any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I found it. I do not have an air compressor what is this next best thing to do?
Edit: for anyone else looking for it- its near the exhaust (down pipe) on the firewall, passenger side, a couple inches from the exhaust. I can barely fit my hand in there.

Poke some wire or something in there, be careful to not break the line.

Re: AC Condensation Line & Blower Motor
Hit it up with a metal coat hanger. About a half a quart - quart of water came out it was quite a bit... Going to hit it again to make sure its unclogged-waiting for the concrete to dry. Thanks for the help beast.
