SSEi mods help

I've been doing a lot of research on where to go with mods and what not and it seems a bit scattered for what I have and before bolting it all up I want to know what I'm missing before creating a bigger problem.

I have the 180 Tstat installed already sitting on in the garage is 3" ZZP down pipe (test), JMB fenderwell intake, WBody store ported throttle body, ZZP throttle body spacer, and Intense 3.4 pulley, and colder plugs.

KR is good and I have scan gauge what all am I missing to make this work... I know a tune is in order and was going to call Intense to list mods to help PCM flash.
Do I need a Plog (read somewhere that the injectors needed tuning for this) or a larger pully (3.4 too small?) larger idler pully with smaller belt?

I would get a PLOG cause the factory one is nastttyy. After that a 3.4 should be perfect. Depending on where you're located, see if you can get a in car tune at the end of your modding.

I am in central Texas right next to Ft Hood and I pretty much have the only Bonnie here that's not in a junk yard most people here think its a GP I moved 2 years ago from Iowa and took her with me.
