i have been noticing my car taking longer to shift between the gears like as if the "clutch" was staying engaged.
I saw a thread about this not too long ago but i couldnt find it.
Just had the trans fluid changed too.
Isnt that a pcs problem or something like that?

Yes it's a PCS issue. A shift kit will solve the problem.

Is there tuning needed for a shift kit? any negative effects?

Get a TransGo and you won't need any tuning.

thanks ill get it soon. hopefully with that and my new motor mount it will fix all my harsh shifting problems
