forgot about the actuall gas door. painted that so it would blend with the rest. all i did was scuff the clear off, scuffed the edges and colored it over top of old color. not too big of a deal. turned out fine

the hood midway through color (took alot of paint... im stil learning the methods of Painting efficiency.. that part definitely kicked my ass..)

and about the latch, when i get home im going to take that back off, sandblast it and paint it black... or just go to feezels and buy another one that isnt poopy..

dont worry, i scrubbed the crap out of the wheels, and buffed the heck out of the bumpers and doors and the rest of the car, i still need to get pictures of the car outside tomorrow when i bring it home, but *dang* does she look amazing now!!

Thanks everyone! first time ive ever done bodywork myself, Did it all myself with the help of some very handy friends. Would be a 1500-2000$ shop job, did it for 169.85$.. Talk about one hell of a deal

Realistically, I worked on it two hours a day, tops. Monday - Friday, so probably spent a total 30 hours on it. So about 4-5 shop days. Which isn't bad for a body amateur right?! And do the work yourself man! You'll be so much happier! All you need is the right sandpaper, some all-metal (what i used for the mudding) hardener, dura-glass for inside wheel well, rust proofing for inside trunk around gascap, and prime and paint! I used professional PPG paint which was basically all my price, (color prime and clear coat) but it's for sure way worth it!!

Looks like a decent amount of work, and turned out great, wanna do my car :) lol.. Seriously good job, seeing this makes me wanna tackle my rust i got starting on my car.
