Front right clunking and creaking when turning right

Front right clunking and creaking when turning right
ok. ive replaced wheel bearings, ball joints, cv axle, rotors and pads. it only clunks when im turning right, either from a dead stop or a sharp turn. Can the struts do this because im pretty sure theres nothing left to replace that would make that noise.

I had a clunk and grinding noise last year. It turned out to be the bearing on the strut.

Yup, sure can... also sway bar bushings, but mor likely with your description strut or bearing surface on the top.
