blower motor

Post by bonnie33 »

i have an 03 se, i just put a new battery in and now the blower motor quit, so i first checked the fuses and the 30a under back seat was blown so i tried installing a new fuse but keeps blowing. I dont know if the new battery has something to do with it? or what else could it be? thanks

There is a short somewhere. The same thing happened to me when my interior lights wouldn't turn on. Found out my courtesy light in my visor was shorting on the screws holding it in. I must have pinched the wire when I reinstalled the visor. Put some electrical tape around the wire and some heat shrink and the fuses stopped blowing.
