I've notcied the AC on '60' is not that cold on my bonnie. its cool but takes about 10 minutes to get down to a reasonable temperature. My cavalier takes about 3 minutes.
I recharged it last year however it was pretty much to pressure and full anyway.
Probably need to evacuate the system entirely and/or replace the evaporator right?

Dump the 134 in there and start over. I had the same problem and just had it dumped and recharged the system ( actually over .1 lb ) and its now ICE COLD!!! Take it somewhere and bring CASH, you will spend more a CAP/NAPA than most decent mechanics will charge you to do it right and in 10 minutes, my guy charged me $20 and an Ice coffee..
