Post by deano55 »

With 100 octane gas could I drop a pulley size for a few runs at the track?

That depends... Do you have supporting mods to go with the pulley drop? Are you tuned for 100 octane? Seems kind of risky to me...

Possibly, but for the price of 100 octane gas, you could do the supporting mods to run a smaller pulley every day.

Did you mix the 100 octane with any 91-93 in the tank, if so you knocked that 100 octane down.

Yes, I do know that, it was near empty and the increase in power was substantial to say the least and "fun"

Should be fine then. To be honest I plan to have a couple "tricks up my sleeve" for the eventuality that I need to surprise someone.
