heater blower fan

how can i tell which heater blower (motor) fan i need for my 2002 pontiac bonny supercharged? With or without cooling tube?
To make it run i currently have to tap the heater box.Any info, links,help will be appreciated.I do not wanna spend the 150$ the local parts store is asking for one.

You might just need the relay if I recall from other posts. I've had the same thing for 3 years now having to hit the dash when it's really cold out. Still works fine.

I've got the same thing happening. I have to go over a serious speed bump to get my blower motor to kick on and thats only if I have the fan speed all the way up. When it on low speeds I hear squeaking. How do I change the blower motor?
