Spotted a really nice '00-'03 dark blue Grand Prix GTP 4 door yesterday, no paint peel or rust, and well maintained (which is unusual, cause most around here are beat around by young punks). Only thing is, it happened to be a SLP GTX model - complete with the ram air hood and 17" GTX wheels. A young family was riding in it - wonder if they know what they have?
Anyways, my question is....are there any production number or guesstimates for how many are out there? This is the first I've ever seen in person, and I've only seen maybe 2 for sale online in MN. The only info I'm finding online about the GTX is just basic info on what equipment/packages were offered by SLP.

Re: Grand Prix SLP GTX
After doing research on the car i couldnt find anything about the production numbers...i did find out that most of the dealers had to install the options and not all put all of the options on and what not so not sure if there is a true set number of this things existing...also read that it adds no value to the resale price which is a shame
So in my opinion they have to be some what of a rarity as they are not seen everyday cause ive never seen one

Some douchey teenager drives one around town here, it's black and I'm sure it belongs to daddy. Pretty nice ride though.

Those things are really rare. Apparently they also come with a 3.5" pulley from the factory.
