ok new question when im driving my car and i press down on the peddle the car dosent really have any pick up to it and if im parked an rev it up to 4 rpm it kinda pudders what would cause this would the timing bee off alil and my engine also makes a clicking noise now ?? oww n i just did a tune up on it spark plugs wires air filter fuel filter so kinda confused car starts up cool and no check engine lights are on

The timing can't be off, it's either right or the whole system is malfunctioning. Unless you have done work to the cam or crank sensors, it cannot be off like a distributor.

Sounds like a plugged cat.

I can't remember which year you have, but many of them have 4000 rpm limiters when in park or neutral, so don't let that alarm you.

ow ok i have a 97....and if the cat was plugged any way to fix it are just got to get a new one any way to tell for sure??
