i need some advice
OK my mods are listed below. My question is I am understanding that with the sc pulley smaller the better with supporting mods. With what I have what's the best pulley. I have 3.4 3.5.
I'm getting a plog really quick but for now I understand I can get more power with the bigger pulley. Can someone please explain. Thanks in advance.....

Re: i need some advice
Looks like youre in 3.6-3.5" territory with stock timing. If youre running KR free, tuning in more timing and better fueling would theoretically be more beneficial than adding boost.

Re: i need some advice
So more fuel and timing is the trick.. I see I have speed daddy's. I have found some decent headers on eBay was wondering if it's really worth the extra hundo far headrs over plog. I also I'm getting 3* kr with 3.4, I was going to just do plog until I checked eBay headders...

Headers are definately the way to go.
There are differing opinions about timing vs boost, my view is that more timing is safer and more efficient.

OP, IMO id put your headers on first, check for KR and if you have none then drop to a 3.5 pulley
3* of KR with a 3.4 pulley isnt bad but it isnt good either, ill let a gearhead explain more in detail about that!

Re: i need some advice
Headers definitely are better. They have better scavenging effects AND higher flow. PEM/PLog just have higher flow, still hurt the car in the upper powerband, and need a downpipe anyways to be best effective. Why not buy headers with a downpipe and be ahead...

Re: i need some advice
Get the headers, keep scanning. If I had it to do again, id probably have wrapped my headers. It does shorten their lifespan a bit, but for the price of ceramic coated togs or slps, I could rot out 3 or 4 sets of speed daddy's.
As for the pulley, on my setup, even with a big honking intercooler, I plan to keep my 3.4" and go for 18+ degrees of advance at WOT. Idea being that it will allow the pcm to pull that ecra timing if theres a problem. It also puts less paracitic drag on the engine and heats my charge air less.

Re: i need some advice
That's interesting. So as far as the timing go how to I now what is normaland if I'm getting timing advance. It seams like the timing is all over the place. Starting at 0 when I start it and it walks it way up to hi 30 . So the higher the numeric for timing the better
EDIT * WHERE'S THE BEST PLACE TO GET THE SPEED DADDYS

Re: i need some advice
You want to know the timing at Wide Open Throttle (WOT). That's really all that matters for you.
