So now you're switching back to the nice wheels right before winter? LOL.

That's how I do.

I switched to the 17's while my T/C system was acting up. Now that it's not acting up anymore and the tires on the GXP's are better than the RS/A's, there is no point in having an awkward looking car

washed the car while at work...working on finishing tie rods, lower control arm with ball joint before doing a wheel alignment, then need to purchase a nice set of 18's seasonals.

Ordered foglights and headlight harness items. Oh, and put 9.3 gallons of 93 octane in after traveling 397 miles.

On the original date of this thread, a functional sharkfin antenna mysteriously surfaced on the roof. Gee, I wonder how that got there...

Getting it tuned. +45 ft/lbs and +30 hp. I'll end up with 170 hp and about 195 ft/lbs. Not bad for a 1.4.

Changed the oil, fuel filter, air filter and plugs on the wifes mariner. The rear plugs were a bit of effort because the intake manifold had to come off in order to get at them. Had it all done inside of two hours.

Dealer wanted $300 to change them. :bluetwitch:

I'll have a nice update for this thread in a few weeks. And some new pictures. It'll look totally different than when I got it. Foglights, a sharkfin antenna, and 5-spoke 16" winter wheels are all going on soon. :)

Oh, and impressions of the tune. To be followed in 5-6 months with a self-centered whine when I need a new clutch! :sadeyz:
