95 Bonneville SE Supercharged, but not SSEi

Post by fbodyNATION »

i was about to buy this white 95 Bonneville SE with sunroof, tan leather, gold ABS rims(honeycomb/webbed)back in 06 it was Supercharged,it wasnt a SSEi,i knew the differences, because i was & still is a Bonneville guru, it had the regular SE sleeper look but on both doors and trunk were gold & black Supercharged badges, how many of you ever saw one of these before or even own one? I know this is a rare car,i saw another Bonneville like this in 08,but it was a green 94 with tan leather, sunroof gold ABS rims(honeycomb/webbed)gold & black Supercharged badges i wonder how many were made with these options?

They've popped up a few times on the forums over the years. They're not super rare but cool none the less.

I bought one with a blown motor but threw an L36 in it instead.

I have one in my driveway (and my signature below), and they're not rare. Uncommon? Sure. Not rare. Mine is the only one we've seen fully optioned. CCR, FE2 with ELC, sunroof, ECC, premium sound with bass amp, etc etc. And it's still not rare. It has leather because it's required. Leather is part of the H4U (SLE) package. These cars are not base SE's. The SLE (H4U) package was required to get the L67.

My regrets with the car are that it has no HUD or factory boost gauge. It also has the SE steering rack, not the nice tight sport rack of the SSE/SSEi. That'll change eventually, and I added a boost gauge some years ago.

I'll move your topic to General Chat since it's not a mechanical problem. This section is for 92-99 mechanical issues only.
