Post by fbodyNATION »

:dontknow: :dontknow: HOW CAN YOU TELL WHEN YOUR CRANK POSITION SENSOR IS ON ITS WAY OUT? THE CAR RUNS FINE,BUT SOMETIMES DURING A SHARP TURN OR GOING UP A BRIDGE,RAMP,STEEP HILL ETC IT'LL LOSE POWER AND SHUT OFF,BUT IT WILL START RIGHT BACK UP ON THE FIRST TRY,THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ISN'T ON EITHER,BTW THE CAR HAS 85K MILES

The crank sensor would be more random than during climbs or turns. It's more likely to be something like the fuel pickup strainer fell off the fuel pump or the baffles in the tank have broken loose.

Could be. Only way to tell will be to drop the tank and take a peak at the strainer and the tank baffles around the pump.

And two or three things are wrong with your signature. You've got an extra img tag, the bold and color tags are ended before any text, and "disable bbcode" was checked in your settings. Oh, and the pic you are trying to use is too big. The forum settings only allow sig pics that are 700x200 pixels or smaller. That bbcode thing happens randomly to new users for some reason, and I tried fixing it, but it keeps coming back. You might have to fix the pic before that will go away.

Uncheck the "disable bbcode" box before you post so the quotes will work. I'm fixing a couple for you. It's in the options above the submit button.
