rough idle, no acceleration
rough idle, no acceleration
92 park avenue has very rough idle, no acceleration. Replaced plugs/wires, Idler Control, and checked cat. converter. Any idea?

Re: rough idle, no acceleration
I would suggest pulling the connector on the MAF sensor and see if the idle changes. This will trip a "service" light if it is not already on. My thought is a vacuum leak or MAF sensor.

Also, get a code scanner and see if you have any errors that amount to anything in the PCM.

Thanks everyone. It ended up that the ICM was shot. It's running nicely now.
