I have never heard of an intake temp too cold code and my car has been run in below 0 weather with an FWI. What's the actual number? Pxxxx?

I agree that I haven't heard of that code either, and also run a FWI which has seen below zero temperatures. As Beast mentioned, the actual code would be helpful. I'm wondering if it isn't more like coolant temperature below thermostat regulating threshold.

P0113 Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input

That's the official code. Have you checked your wiring harness?

I looked at my wires going down to the harness and one of them was broke. So I repaired it last night while I was working on my car.
