I'm on #7 or #8 (lost count) with the last 5 being custom. Hoping for the best myself. Your new one in stock or mildly-modded form should last you at least 5 years depending on brand/quality.
I just replaced mine on Saturday too. It looked just as bad as yours. The car has 137,000 miles on it. I fear that the rear one is bad now because I hear a weird squeaking noise thats consistent with the vibration when I start my car. The back one must be harder to replace then the front. Pep boys wanted almost $300 to replace my front mount because it failed inspection. I told them to give me the car back and I installed a rock auto "anchor" mount for $45. It took about 2 hours to do, most of the time was spent torquing the bolts while my hands got cut up on jagged k member metal and other things.
