wheel compatability

Post by epic_pwn_95 »

I bought a 99 Aurora yesterday and I am wondering if the bolt pattern/offset, etc. is the same as, say, a Bonneville gxp, or grand prix gxp. Just looking for something bigger than the 16's that are on there.

Should be. It's 5x115. Any Bonneville wheel will fit. However, good luck finding a set of Bonnie GXP wheels. You'll have a much easier time finding 17's from an 00+ SLE or SSEi.

I tried my old '95 wheels on our 2k1 Aurora. Although they fit, there wasn't clearance laterally between the rum and side of the caliper. The Aurora had a thicker or differently mounted caliper.

Wow I didn't know that the 2000+ ssei rims are 17 inches. Are the 2001+ aurora rims 17 inches?
