It's been nearly 8 months since I had the intersection accident, disabling my 98 SSE.

I'm back, and I'm blown.

What we have here is a gorgeous 1996 Buick Park Avenue Ultra.

I've only got a few photos, taken with my phone, but I'm sure it'll suffice for the moment until I get some serious whorage up after a good bath.

Looks really sharp! Haven't seen too many in that color combo. I see it has the Gran Touring suspension package with the 16" wheels - always liked that look, but you don't see a lot of them.

Seems really clean - what's the story behind it?

First mod in my mind: Remove the Park Avenue badges, and replace them with Ultra badges like the 97+ has.

Where's the mandatory engine pic? :)

Nope, they had the same engine pattern as the Bonnevilles, except the PAU S1 S/C came out for the 91 model year.

Nice clean find there, John! I like it! That is one advantage to living in Florida, where there are often nice clean, rust free cars with low miles to be had from the dearly retired bluehairs.
