Eyelids on the headlamps

Post by necropentance »

So I have been thinking for a long time about adding eyelids to my headlamps think I'll do a mock up with electrical tap before I do it and once I pant it I'm probably going to paint them with night shades as to let the brights through a little though I don't use them very much.

Here is a concept I made with pait let me know what you think!
P.S. I painted over the engine as the hood was up for a better idea

if you can get ahold of some i would use black vinyl like they use for decals, that way you can easily remove it if you dont like it, or if you sell it.

I don't think it would look terrible...But no harm in putting tape over it to see.

I like haro's 2nd option where it goes all the way across, but maybe incorporate the first option so it turns down near the grille to? Anyway Looking forward to what you come up with.

How did you do that haro? did you photoshop or just decide to try it out with static tint?
