I hesitate to tell you where your PCM is at this point. Until you REPAIR your car, I don't want to be a part of you modifying it.

I'm the only member of the club that currently does port and polish work, and that's on a VERY limited basis now.

Their not headers they are tubular manifolds, and how sure are you that you got the right supercharger? I'm sitting 15 feet from him right now and I have a hard time believing he would take on any porting work right now at any price. All of his porting so far has been free.

There were two different M62's for the Series I, Gen2 and Gen3. If you got the wrong one it won't work on your car. Post pictures of it and we will tell you what it is. Why he won't port for you has already been posted.

Look I'm not trying to sound disrespectful but , I don't got time for the games and ithe difference is the the m90 snout is larger and the m90 supercharger housing is larger than an m62. An I got my eaton m62 supercharger , headers and intake manifold off of and 92 and 93 bonneville sse just like mines. So watever u want to charge as long as its not to crazy is fine.

MADDEN, bottom line is that he only does it for whom he chooses to do it for, and the way you're treating us and acting is making him want to do it even less I'm sure. Plus, he lives in Oregon, and shipping all of that cross-country would be insane for cost.

Also, there are two different M62's.

Nobody here is playing games. You need to carefully read the posts in this topic. We're not talking about the M90 supercharger here. There were TWO DIFFERENT M62'S for the Series 1 as you were told, and you didn't know that before you went shopping. You don't even know where the PCM is, and you think you can get more power from modifying the PCV system.

You were told they are NOT HEADERS. I will not port for you for any price, because you haven't REPAIRED your car yet. I've told you that 3 times in this topic already and you're not getting it, so I'll make it a little more clear:

I will not help you modify your car by posting mod advice in this topic until:
1. You start posting in a way we can understand you.
2. You buy a PROPER service manual so you can actually start understanding your car.
3. You actually READ what we post so we don't have to repeat ourselves 2 or 3 times.
4. You REPAIR your car FIRST.

I will not port for you at any price because you won't listen to me anyway. That was your choice. I have yet to post something in this topic for you that actually sunk in on the first try. You have no business modifying a car that needs repair first. We're simply wasting our time until you do. Have you sensed the frustration in this topic? It's almost not worth reading any longer for the reasons I just gave you.

Lower Intake Manifold Gasket Replacement, every 80-100k (ignorance of this can allow coolant to enter your engine oil, this happening can cause irreversible lower engine damage, requiring replacement of subject engine)

Series II, Naturally Aspirated, RPO:L36:
Upper Intake Manifold Plenum Replacement, Every 80-100k (ignorance of this can allow coolant to enter your intake manifold, possible damage to occur can be hydrolock, irreversible damage to emissions devices, misfires, etc. Most times, engine replacement is required if ignored long enough.) viewtopic.php?f=53&t=1061

Series I, II, III RPO Code L67 & L32:
Change Supercharger Oil; Every 30-50k. (Intense Racing or GM Dealer) viewtopic.php?f=56&t=1690
Supercharger Belt; Inspect Every 15k, Replace Every 100k or as needed.
After you have checked off everything on that list you can start asking about performance. In a clean concise manner with proper punctuation, spelling and grammar not to mention being polite. You cant just throw money at it.

Also MADDEN, please keep all questions on the forum, not in PM's. I know next to nothing about your car specifically, having never owned one like it in body or engine/trans configuration.

You have no idea what you are even TALKING about.

You have shown absolutely no respect to these members who have known and forgotten more about these engines than you can ever HOPE to learn.

What you need to do right now is forget everthing you think you need to know and do before you get your car modded. Then you need to go through every post where the members of this site attempted to help you and you blew them off. Not only are you not listening but you are being extremely disrespectful when these people came and posted on your topic because they wanted to help you. Right now I'm honestly not seeing that you even deserve the help that you've asked for. Believe it or not, they are trying to ensure that you do not make any mistakes that may cost you the performance of your car later on. They know what they're talking about, I can vouch for the fact that these are all very smart people who have made their own mistakes and are now trying to help you learn from them. Stop, clear your mind, and try a new approach before they just decide to ignore you and be done with it. You are running dangerously close to the point where they're just done listening to you. It serves no purpose posting here if you just ignore it and eventually they will get tired of trying to argue with you.

? Does that mean already did? Because this is what my dad meant when he said talk in a way that we can understand. And if you did listen and do the things that I mentioned and that everyone else mentioned, I'm not seeing it. I doubt anyone else is either. The way you're speaking makes it seem as though you just want everyone to drop everything and do your mod for you. The issue with that is that it's not what the site is for. When we do something here, we want to make sure that we do it right. Not just because something might go wrong and it'll have to be fixed, but because it could cost money that the person may not have. Getting these mods at the possible expense of your car is not very smart. We're not just mechanics here. Have you seen the Pay It Forward topic? We're a community. We want to help and we will do it right. And that means fixing your car before you mod it.
