Tranny Problem with my 02 SSEi

Post by bonnevilleSSEiman »

I'm having a problem with my tranny and i've been chasing it for a month now. Everything is fine up until about 45 MPH...then if light throttle or the cruise is engaged, the car bucks back and forth until about 50ish then it's fine...i can apply more gas and it goes away. Any ideas? Am i the victim of the PCS or is it somthing else.

Check your coils using the guide in Techinfo, and check for any corrosion on the ICM and mounting plate that might cause issues.

ok..checked coild per techinfo...secondaries are within range but all the primaries are showing 1.1 -1.6 when techinfo says .5-.9 is acceptable.?..it couldn't be that simple could it..they are factory with 104,000 on the car.
