Anyone up for this one in the next couple weeks?
Munsinger Gardens, in St. Cloud, where we had the meet in April (?) is quite nice this time of year and with the Mississippi right there, you can bring your fishing tackle and fish from the south side of the bridge, right at the parking lot where we took all the pics.

Looks like a mid-September (11th or 18th) is what's on the plate. We can go with the results in the polls and we'll end the voting on Friday.

I mentioned this to Rueben and a couple others, but I want to get peoples opinions here on this:
Prizes -I don't know if I can muster up any donations from any businesses, but if attendee's have something they don't need (car related) that they feel might be useable by someone else we could put peoples names in a bucket and draw for each prize.
Prize donations aren't necessary, but are welcome. I would probably have something along the lines of bags with Microfiber towels, detailers, Wix oil filters, etc. along for prizes.
The more prizes the more interesting (we could even do some auction style trading -get something you don't like, see who offers the most appealing trade).
I also am looking at bringing some bean bag games, and Ladder Golf to keep people entertained.
Since the Mississippi River is right there I believe there would be no reason anyone wanting to bring their fishing tackle along couldn't use it.

August is out for me, I think I'm going to the IL meet the 6-8, after that it's county fair, moving in to SJU, and then state fair. Later in September would work for me, when the FB team is away (or at least not playing UST).

Our last meet was in October and it was starting to get a bit chilly. Later in Sept would be good. Maybe have some car related door prizes, like you were talking about. If we could get some of you guys from the cities to come up and I know some guys from the other place that would love to meet and some from MNclubGP it shouldbe a good sized, fun meet

Problem with MNClubGP is that 15 guys say they're coming, and 3 at the most do, unless it's TCG or one of their meets. Even if a bunch say they're coming, only plan on a few....

No, it's like 38k right now. 18k from them helps that hit a lot though.

Also, August kind of opened up now that the wknd I was gonna go to Chi-town fell through. LMK when you wanna do it and I'll try to make it.

I should add that the final weekend in September won't work for me as I will be at my cousins wedding in Faribault.

I'm up for something. I don't think any particular date is out for me, so whatever works. I may even drive a Bonneville there this time for a change... lol

OOPS -my edit deleted the votes. There were 5 votes for September (I added Sept 11th and Sept 18th as options) and 1 vote for August 28th.
Revote if you voted already so we can get the best date.

I also believe September will work for Djlamp (MNClubGP) and Ed as they both will be a little more settled into college in St. Cloud/Collegeville-St. Joe.
