And I've got water sitting on the rear seat shelf. (The interior is out except for the driver seat, shifter, and dash). With no headliner, I've got easy access to the sunroof drains, but they seem to be in place and tight. Where else would allow water to pool on the floor pan shelf under the rear seat? Not the foot well, though. They were dry till I drove and it ran down. If it helps, it was dry after rain yesterday, while it was sitting on flat pavement. But after sitting in the driveway over night with a slight slope (rear end lower), I got water inside.

Did you check the common rust spots? I think Bonnevilles likes to rust in the inner wheelweels directly above the rear tires.

Door seals will absolutely drop water under the back seat bottom. Happened on my SLE.

I pinpointed my leak coming from the seam sealer on the top edge of the trunk opening. Took me a while to find it too.

That would be a possibility if there were water in the spare tire well also.

My 88 has a 4" hole here and water gets under my seat every time it rains.

Have someone go in the trunk and spray with the hose and watch for leaks.
