Remind me again on motor mounts:
You set the brakes and press the gas in Reverse, if the engine rocks backwards the rear mount is bad, and when repeating the test in Drive, if the engine rocks forwards the front mount is bad...
For example, the test in Reverse had the engine barely moving, while the test in Drive had the engine moving forward so much the bellows to the airbox was distorted up on the engine side a lot. I think that means my front mount is bad. Am I correct?

With the car in park on a flat surface, and off, stand in front looking down at the front tranny mount, and push the car back and forth. Watch for the rubber to pull away from the metal.

Yep, the drivers side went sky-high when I torqued it. That bellows connecting the airbox to the throttle body jumped up a good inch or so it seemed.
It looked just like the video, except on the drivers side.
The new mount is sitting in my closet, waiting for a free Saturday a few weeks from now to install it.

When you say to watch for the metal to pull away from the metal. Are talking about the rubber piece pulling away from the frame on the lower side or pulling away on the top from the bracket?
